The Ascent is Scott’s first Back Tension release that is utilizing their new Dual Sear Locking Design. What this does is gives you the ability to adjust both the click distance and travel without having to worry about one or the other.
The new aggressive ergonomic design feels very natural in your hand while also coming in a range of sizes to fit your hand perfectly. Being machined out of Stainless Steel also makes this release a good weight in the hand giving you consistent shot cycles.
